Student & Service Agreement

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any Coriftech Solutions program.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "Trainee", "User", or "You") and Coriftech Solutions Limited ("Coriftech", "Company", "We", or "Us").

By registering for any training program (in-person at our Asaba campus or live online), paying tuition fees, accessing learning management systems, or submitting our registration form, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or access our services.

2. Admissions & Enrollment

Admissions to Coriftech bootcamps and specialized diploma tracks are granted on a cohort basis. All prospective students must meet minimum technical prerequisites (e.g., possession of a functional personal laptop and basic computer literacy).

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current personal identification and contact information during registration.
  • Seat Reservation: A seat in any physical cohort in Asaba is strictly reserved only after confirmation of tuition payment or the agreed initial installment deposit.
  • Hardware Responsibility: Students are required to possess a laptop matching the recommended specifications for their chosen track (e.g., Core i5/Ryzen 5, 8GB-16GB RAM for Full Stack or Cyber Defense).

3. Tuition Fees & Installment Schedules

Tuition fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and cover instructor-led sessions, lab access, curriculum materials, guided capstone projects, and graduation certification.

A. Full Payment

Students paying full tuition upfront are granted immediate, unrestricted access to the entire program, course materials, and prioritized cohort scheduling.

B. Flexible Installment Plans

Where an installment plan is approved by Coriftech, a mandatory initial deposit (minimum 60%) must be settled prior to cohort induction, with the final balance payable before the midpoint of the course duration (e.g., by Week 6 in a 12-week program).

C. Default on Installments

Failure to clear overdue installment balances within 7 calendar days of the due date may result in temporary suspension of physical campus access and LMS credentials until reconciled.

4. Refund, Cancellation & Deferral Policy

Because classroom seating, instructor allocation, and software lab licenses are provisioned upon enrollment, the following rules govern refunds and deferrals:

  • Before Cohort Commencement (7-Day Notice): If a student notifies Coriftech in writing at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled cohort launch date, a refund of 80% of tuition paid will be issued (20% retained for administrative and processing fees).
  • After Cohort Launch: Once classes commence or after the first week of scheduled training, tuition fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Cohort Deferrals: A student experiencing unexpected medical, academic, or professional emergencies may request in writing to defer their enrollment to the next upcoming cohort. A maximum of one (1) deferral is allowed per enrollment and must be approved by the academic director.

5. Student Code of Conduct & Hub Integrity

Coriftech maintains a collaborative, safe, and professional environment. All physical and online students must adhere to the following standards:

  • Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of discrimination, sexual harassment, intimidation, or hate speech toward fellow trainees or instructors will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
  • Ethical Technology Use: Students enrolled in technical courses (especially Cybersecurity and Backend Development) agree never to deploy taught tools for malicious hacking, fraud, defacement, or unlawful electronic activities. Any violation will result in expulsion and referral to law enforcement.
  • Facility Care: Students using the Asaba tech hub workstation facilities must treat power inverters, furniture, monitors, and high-speed network infrastructure with utmost care. Willful damage will be billed to the responsible party.

6. Intellectual Property & Student Work

  • Course Materials: All curriculum slides, recorded video sessions, proprietary lab guides, and exercises provided by Coriftech remain the intellectual property of Coriftech Solutions Limited and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or sold publicly.
  • Student Projects: You retain full intellectual property ownership of the software, design prototypes, codebases, and data models you personally build and develop during your capstone projects.
  • Promotional Showcase: You grant Coriftech the right to showcase your graduation project, testimonial, or portfolio as an example of student achievement for promotional and marketing purposes.

7. Graduation Criteria & Certificates

Coriftech diplomas are awarded based on demonstrated practical competency, not merely passive attendance. To receive an accredited Certificate of Completion:

Disclaimer: While we actively support and recommend our top graduates to employers, Coriftech does not guarantee unconditional job placement or specific salary figures, as final hiring decisions rest entirely with external recruiting employers and the candidate's performance.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
